Pretty average property but the service made the difference. Absolutely loved the energy and enthusiasm from the tall guy with a goatee at checkin. Dude rocked it. Regarding the bistro, it’s nice they operate a few hours at night. We were tired and not interested in venturing back out. There was a single lady who was cashier, cook and bartender. She brought the hustle with a smile and southern charm. The people can make or break a property. Very cool to score the A-team after a hard day. Nice job!
Shuttle runs 24 hours. per day. Check in staff are bright, smiling and happy to help. The rooms are updated, clean, the carpet looks brand new. I am very impressed. Comfortable bed and bright clean shower. Close to a lot of quick door dashes but they did offer a bistro at the hotel.
Excellent staff. Rooms were clean. Environment very nice. Was centrally located to all activities and we mostly walked - no need to move cars.

The rooms were nice and clean. They had great pillows that were actually filled. The fitness center was steps above what is normally at a courtyard too.
This is a fantastic hotel overall. I’ve stayed here a few times and always had a good experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There’s free shuttle service between the hotel and airport as well as transportation to nearby restaurants. There’s a bistro in the lobby that’s open from early morning to late night with great options. The lobby also has lounge areas and individual booths each outfitted with a TV, table, and round couches for relaxing or getting some work done. Fresh lemon water available and a fireplace. There’s also a pool with a fire pit and seating areas outdoors.
They were having ac issues. Our room as well, but the staff could not have been more helpful, they changed our room and kept it close. The hotel staff earned a 5+. The rooms were what you expect from courtyard the property is gated as well, making us feel very safe.
